About Mavegant: Mavegant arenas is a series of prints created with a passion for football and design. Carefully created with highly detailed handmade illustrations each stadium has its history and architecture printed as well as selected monuments and seats. Every item is embossed. About Anfield: Anfield was built as early as 1884 and was designed by the architect Archibald Leitch. The stadium was from the beginning in 1884 - 1891 home ground for Everton which later moved to Goodison Park. But since Liverpool was founded they have had Anfield as their home ground. The stadium has four stands: The Kop, where the most vocal home fans congregate here. The name comes from 'Spy Kop' which is an old battle in south america where many soldiers from Liverpool passed away. The Main Stand is the largest and can house over 20,500 seatings. The Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand that earlier had the name Centenary stand but now honors the iconic player and manager Kenny Dalglish. The last stand is Anfield Road where the away fans are. The stadium attendance record is 61,905 when Liverpool played against Wolverhampton in 1952. The stadiums capacity has changed over the years and in 1994 the stadium was made an all seater and therefore lowered in capacity. The reason for this beeing the Hillsborough disaster and the 'Taylor Report' that followed to increase the security in stadiums in England.
