FAQ:

How do you ship the goods? Our products are shipped to your nearest delivery point with DHL. When it arrives you will be notified with a text message (sms) to the phone number you provided when placing the order. You will also be provided a tracking number by mail to trace your shipment. Our express shipping alternative is sent to your adress or chosen delivery adress with DHL.

What is your delivery time? In northern Europe our normal delivery time is 3 - 5 business days. To the rest of Europe our delivery time is 4-7 business days. We will always try our best to make sure your delivery is on time. Our Express alternative has the delivery time 2-4 business days.

Is there any customs duty or fees? There are no customs duty or fees to anywhere we ship our packages except to the UK. We send our products from EU and if you live in the UK (United Kingdom) there can be customs duty.

Will you make this stadium, and when? If you are waiting for a stadium you can join our newsletter and get the latest news and releases from Mavegant. We approximately send one letter every two months.

If an order is damaged on arrival? Please send an email with a picture to us on both the product and the packaging and we will help you and correct any errors that occurred.
